1. Sender ID will be for 8 characters for Promotional SMS. Postfix -AD in sender id is mandatory for Marketing / Promotional will not be delivered to Opt Out numbers.
2. Transactional SMS Sender ID will be of 11 characters and will deliver on DND numbers.
3. Sender ID registration will take 4-5 working days in cases of both Du and Etisalat.
4. Operator requires a Trade License Copy and Authorization Letters duly stamped and signed on your letterhead and as attached for your reference.
5. Mention the exact purpose of promotion. Docs should be typed, handwritten docs are not accepted.
6. In-case Trade name is different from the Brand Name; operator would require an additional Name.
7. No communication between 9PM and 7 AM for Marketing/Promotional SMS.
8. Maintenance of Customer consent/s which proves that the aforementioned recipient number has opted in to receive from the Sender ID/Short code any promotional/marketing SMSs .
9. Marketing/promotional SMS terminated within the U.A.E must include the necessary information on how to 0 block SMS using short code provided to you which is protecting all customers from unwanted SMS.
